Comfortemp® are insulations from Freudenberg. A wide range of highly developed materials that combine perfect comfort with high thermal insulation. The ultra-soft, extremely light & voluminous padding made from loose fibers, a down alternative made from recycled PET fibers. The materials are also characterized by their excellent breathability, easy care, washability & resistance to fibre migration.

Description
The long, stylish ZIENER women’s coat TELSE-Z LADY features washable, high-quality, and airy Comfortemp® insulation, which provides outstanding thermal performance. The breathable, waterproof, and windproof ZIENER AQUASHIELD® membrane (10,000 mm water column / 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability) ensures a warm and dry climate. The sleeves are detachable, allowing the coat to be worn as a highly fashionable long vest during transitional seasons. Additionally, a short zipper at the hem allows for an adjustable side slit opening. Elastic inner sleeve cuffs and an elastic lining provide optimal freedom of movement. A ski pass pocket on the sleeve makes this coat an ideal companion for cold winter days on and off the slopes. An inner pocket for ski goggles and sunglasses, as well as a smartphone pocket, offer space for essential items. The outer material is manufactured using processes that meet the bluesign criteria.

Shipping & Returns
We ship orders within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bavaria). Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days to Germany and 3 to 5 working days to Austria. Orders from €50 are shipped free of charge. You can find all details in our shipping policy.
In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. For returns after day 14, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all labels attached. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected. More under Withdrawal and returns.
